Identification of difficulties about special education of accommodation teachers and proposal of housekeeping training modul

This study has aim both identify problem and submit new education pattern proposal. The study aim of identify problem determine difficulties in field of special education that Tourism vocational teachers who train vet in the field of Tourism Services throughtout Turkey in special education vocational school. . In country-wide, in 2017-2018 academic year, 48 schools that provide training for students with mild learning difficulties in department of Housekeeping.. The research population consists of 48 Accommodation and Travel Teachers who work for this schools. 27 teachers joined the research. All of teachers who graduated from universities of training departmants get training for only normal healthy students. But students with learning difficulties are different from healthy ones in the matter of characteristics, situations and learning methods. According results of the research, teachers have not gotten training about special education for learning period in university. Methods of qualitative research and content analysis have been used in this research. Interview form has been designed consisting of 14 open ended questions for Tourism Teachers. According to result of study, all of teachers state that lived about special education in the different subjects. New education pattern proposal was designed that end of the the aim of identify problem. Housekeeping Training Teachers Book Proposal that designed for Errorless Teaching Methods for mentally handicapped for vocational skills has been reported. In literature any research has been found out whether about identify the difficulties for vocational teachers who works in special edcation training school special education or module book that designed for instructional technology that used occupational training skills for mentally handicapped not. In this context, study will contribute to both literature and practic work.
