Abstract (EN)
One of the most important ways to achieve success is to focus correctly on the work to be done. Particularly those who are occupied in performing arts are expected to have improved their concentration level. For this reason, correct studies to be conducted on this subject before the performance ensure being prepared in advance for all kinds of misfortunes that may occur during performance and focusing on the work done by reducing these misfortunes as much as possible. This thesis is a study prepared with literature search method which provides information to improve the quality of music performance practices by improving concentration skills for professional musicians and young individuals aiming to be professional. The purpose of the study is to improve concentration skills of musicians preparing exams or stage performances by reducing their anxiety and stress level, and to guide them in engendering a productive preparation process. In addition, it aims to help musicians who have problems by emphasizing the importance of psychological aspects of performing music, and to guide especially talented young individuals in the process of stepping into professional life.
