Özet (EN)
Mechanical analysis studies provide a better understanding of the mechanical properties of the designed parts and increase the productivity of the relevant parts. One of the most important subjects of mechanics is understanding and examining the mechanical behavior of parts under combined stress. The superposition method is preferred for the examination of the combined stresses however the superposition method ignores the effects of the combined stresses on each other. In order to better understanding these effects, in this study, the mechanical behavior of a rectangular section under the effect of torsion and bending have been examined, and basic equations for analytical solution have been established. The mechanical property of stiffness was selected to demonstrate that the combined stress has effects on each other. A simplified actuator model was used to study the stiffness value. This model consists of a disc holding beams, beams and moment arm. The effects of changing the length and position of the four cantilever beams inside the actuator on the stiffness were analyzed using analytical, experimental and finite element methods. It was aimed to compare the consistency of the results by using different analysis methods and to guide further studies. Analyzes were made on beams with different length values. In addition, stiffness values were calculated for the different distances of the beams from the center. According to the analysis, it has been revealed that the stiffness value decreases with the increase in the length of the beams. According to the analysis, decreasing the stiffness value with the increasing in the length of the beams was revealed. The results show that the stiffness values increase with the distance of the beams' positions from the center point. Giving different results of the analytical method from the experimental results has been observed, especially in the analysis of beams of short lengths. It has been noticed that the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory gives more accurate results in long thin beams. It has been shown that the torsional stiffness of the beams is not affected by the position of the beams.
