Abstract (EN)
The main goal of this thesis is to examine the relationship between the work of locus of control and organizational commitment.For this reason, data are collected from Muş Şeker Factory.In the data collection prosecc, face to face questionnaire technique is implemented. The target population of study is the worker of Muş Şeker Factory. The analysis were carried out on 138 questionnaires. The data are transferred to electronic media through SPSS 20.0 software and analyzed. Demographic information and the range of answers given to scale agent are examined thorouh the frequency analysis, with the scores given to scale agent the scale and subscale scores are calculated. Independent samples t test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Kolmogrov Smirnov and Shapiro Wilks tests were used fort he analyses. The results show that organizational commitment and locus of control are a significant related including the general and sub-dimensions.
