Abstract (EN)
In the preface part of this study known test statistics proposed for testing equality of scale and location parameters against simple ordered alternative have been given in short. In the second section a one sided test proposed by Gill and Dhawan (1999) for testing homogeneity of scale parameters against simple ordered alternative has been introduced. Computation of critical points, confidence intervals and power comparison between this test and the other tests have been discussed. In the third section a one sided studentized range test proposed by Hayter (1990) for testing equality of location parameters against a simple ordered alternative has been introduced. The simultaneous one-sided confidence intervals of this test, computation of critical points and power properties have been discussed. In the fourth section simultaneous one-sided confidence intervals proposed by Dhawan and Gill (1997) for the ordered pairwise differences of exponential location parameters has been introduced. In the fifth section there are power comparisons between T test proposed by Gill and Dhawan (1999) and Z test proposed by Le (1993). Science Code: 212 Key Words :Critical Point Computation, Simultaneous Confidence Intervals.
