Objective:The purpose of this study, to determine the anatomy, variations and the relationships of conus artery with Multislice Coronary CT angiographyMaterial-Method:200 patients? film reviewed who underwent coronary CT angiography between 2007 and 2011 due to suspicies of coronary artery disease in our radiology department. 18 patients? film were excluded because of artifacts. 119 patient ( 65. 4 %) were male and 63 patient (%34. 6) were female that included in our study. 137 patient ( 74. 7 %) had a conus artery. 82.4 % of men and 60. 3 % of women had a conus artery.Conclusion:Patients were examined the presence of conus artery. If it exist, were determined origin. Conus artery diameter was measured. Women and men, compared with conus artery diameter. Diameter of the RCA and the origin of conus artery were compared with conus artery diamater.Results:In Coronary artery obstruction; the presence and the diameter of conus artery is an important compensatory mechanism. Multi-Detector Cardiac CT, provides imaging of coronary arteries and side branches, origin and variations of "conus artery" .
