Abstract (EN)
By nature, people tend to build shelters using materials from the environment. With the development of society, industry and technology in cities, various employment opportunities and the emergence of economic failures, a society that migrates from villages to cities threatens its own health and environment with the spaces it designs without considering certain criteria. People who spend most of their lives indoors are susceptible to various diseases due to various air pollutants, insufficient indoor quality of life, and the inability of the place to meet people's sociological, biological and psychological needs. It has been proven that indoor air pollution, where people spend 90% of their time, is higher than outdoors. Indoor air pollutants cause allergies, asthma, cancer and even death. In order to eliminate the negativities in a building, some precautions should be taken starting from the design of the building. The fact that the building user is involved in every design stage helps to prepare designs and create healthy buildings with the concept of building biology. With this concept, you can create projects with the lowest environmental impact The correct application of the concept of building chemistry is possible with the application of all ideal living conditions for the user. The aim of this thesis is to explain what should be considered within the framework of building chemistry in housing constructions in order to lead a better life, to draw attention to the points to be considered in the selection of materials used in construction, to explain the concept of chemical structure analysis applied to eliminate inaccuracies in interior spaces.Explains the concept of materials in environmental pollution and healthy building design, evaluates the selection criteria and examines them in terms of occupational health and safety.
