Abstract (EN)
Hospitals, which have an important role in the health system, must constantly improve themselves, improve their quality and provide services and respond to the needs and expectations of patients. In order to be successful in the health sector where there is a great competition, a difference can be made in the competition by increasing the level of satisfaction of the technological developments and the quality of service and accordingly the satisfaction of the patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate the service quality of private hospitals in Konya. The sample group consisted of academic personnel working in state universities in Konya. The service quality gap (perception-expectation) of the academic personnel in private hospitals was evaluated by using the SERVQUAL (Service Quality Scale) scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 statistical package program. Independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), has been interpreted with the help of correlation analysis techniques.
