Abstract (EN)
Each non-vaccinated dog has a risk of developing viral diseases. These diseases have high mortality and morbility. The aim of this study is; CAV, CPV and CDV in dogs after mixed vaccination for the measurement of IgG amounts and put forth the guardianship. For this purpose, in the provinces of Afyonkarahisar and Bursa, some private clinics were brought to the 45-60 daily, different races and other gender 10 puppies were used. Endo and ectoparasites were applied to puppy dogs one week before vaccination. After antiparasitic applications, vaccination program was started in dogs without any problems in their general examinations. For this purpose, four mixed vaccines were made with three week intervals in each dog and serum IgG levels were determined by dot ELISA. In the ELISA test results, for CAV; preservation level of 20% before vaccination, reached 90% after first vaccination, 100% after second vaccination and remained stable after third vaccination. For CPV; preservation level of 10% before vaccination, reached 30% after first vaccination, 100% after second vaccination and remained stable after third vaccination. For CDV; preservation level of 20% before vaccination, reached 40% after first vaccination, 80% after second vaccination and reached 100% after third vaccination. As a result, in this study; antibody measurement tests have been shown to be helpful in determining the number of vaccines and immunological status. Three mixed vaccines were found to be sufficient in the absence of antibody measurement tests. Keywords: Vaccination, Immunoglobulin, Corona, Distemper, Parvoviral Enteritis
