Özet (EN)
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Midazolam- Ketamine-Isoflorane (MKİ) ve Midazolam-Propofol-Isoflorane (MPİ) anesthesia on coagulation parameters, vital parameters, hemogram parameters, blood gas parameters and biochemical parameters. The study was held on varying breed, race and gendered total 20 dogs aging between 4 months to 6 years that were brought for various reasons taken under surgical intervention to Afyon Kocatepe University animal Hospital. Dogs were randomly grouped as MKI (n=10) and MPI (n=10). MKI grouped dogs body weight means were found as 24,69±10,85 kg, and MPİ was 24,87±3,51 kg. Both groups were anesthetized by intravenous injection of anesthesics to vena cephalica using 18 gauge needle intracatheter. MKI grouped dogs were injected by anesthesic of midazolam 0,2-0,4 mg/kg intravenously following fasting period for 12 hours. Anesthesia were induced by the injection of Ketamine 15mg/kg intravenously. In MPI group dogs, protocole was again initiated by the injection of midazolam 0,2- 0,4mg/kg i.v. and anesthesia were induced by the slow injection of propofol 6-7 mg/kg. Both group dogs were intubated by appropriately sized endotracheal tube thereafter. Blood samples were collected from all group dogs at 0th, 15.th And 30th minutes and postoperatively 0th min. and 6th hour for the measurement of hemogram blood gases and coagulation parameters together with the collection of vital parameters. When the groups were compared, preoperative 0th minute measurements PT, TT fibrinogen and APTT values were insinificantly changed statistically (p>0.05). All the time period measurements were found between normal values. The comparison between MKI group and MPI group showed that the decrease in pH was statistically significant (P<0,05) at the postoperative 6th hour. In the same manner, the pCO2 increase was statistically significant (P<0,05) in MPI group at the postoperataive 6th hour and respiratory acidosis was recorded thereafter. 97 Within the results of measurements, both anesthesia protocol was found safe and convenient in the use of dogs' anesthesia for the mean of coagulation parameters, vital parameters, blood gas parameters hemogram parameters and biochemical parameters. Key words: Dogs, Midazolam, Ketamin HCl, Propofol, Isoflurane, Coagulation Parameters
