Problems and provided opportunities of entrepreneurs who establish company by using KOSGEB new entrepreneur support program

The purpose of the study is to find out the opportunities and difficulties encountered by the entrepreneurs who had established a company by using KOSGEB New Entrepreneur Support Programme. The scope of the study is only the entrepreneurs located in Duzce between 2016-2018. Eleven entrepreneurs have been selected by the method of "snow ball" sampling. Study is based on quantitive research method and the data acquired by using semi structured interview method.All data analysed with descriptive analysis method. The result of the study revealed that entrepreneurs are claiming detailed procedures, insufficient amount of funds and late payments.Suggested particular solutions to entrepreneurs for mentioned claims. Also study shows that the programme is an opportunitiy for purchasing property, paying rent, paying salaries etc. for the entrepreneurs who has small equity capital.
