Abstract (EN)

Human Resources Management is a new adminstration dicipline that is given importance by the managements nowadays. At recent managements, Human Recources management is considered as an expert area, is opened to every new progress become equal with the other departments an a dynamic application. At managements, in order to increase the success and include the preeautions that increase motivations of employments, human recources' education, revolution, career management and promotion, salary and other payments, work guarantee, the problems within the management, the workers' expectations, appropriate to management goals, aims and is shaped according to the precence of government, trade union both dynamic and consistant human resources one found and applied. Crisis are caotic situations that societies and organization face and they create caos. Because of that, managements started to eal with crisis management techniques. Crisis management is applied when the organizations meet an unexpected situation. it helps the organization to regain their images that are destroyed. it also gets rid of the negativeness that can be caused because of organization's situation. The aim of the study is to examine how should be human resources management policies in the time of crises and the effects of Human Resources Policies during the crises time developed before crises. For this purpose a sample study was done at china porcelain firms in Kütahya and Human Resources Policies of firms were examined during the crises time in these firms. The result of study show that, firms had no consistent human resources policies to manage this crises.
