Abstract (EN)

In tis study, evaluation of Kırka tincal boron wastes in different industrial areas by producing aggregates in different sizes and using them in production of concrete. Eskişehir Kırka DBW and SBW boron wastes dried crushed grounded and sieved. XRD analyses performed to ground wastes which?s chemical composition known before and by these information appropriate recipt content designed. Granuled aggregates performed to DSC-TG analyse to determine suitable heating condition. Agregates fired at 750°C for 15 min. XRD, SEM analyses and density experiments applied to sintered aggregates. Appropriate concrete design calculations done for producing leight weight concrete. Concretes cured for 28 days. 7 and 28 day 3 point bending and compression strength of concrete determined. Water absorbtion and density measuremen tests performed to hardened LW concretes. As result of study the boron wastes are suitable for producing light-weight aggregates and these aggragates are compatible for leight-weight concrete production
