Patients pain levels were assessed by Visual Analog Scale before and after treatment. The Tampa Kinesiophobia Scale was used for determining the degree of kinesiophobia, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index for assessing sleep quality, and the Beck Depression Scale for assessing phychological status. 43 of the patients participating in the study were female and 37 were male. At the end of the treatment, pain, kinesiophobia, sleep quality and depression levels evaluated was improved significant level. As a result, conventional physical therapy applied to patients with chronic low back pain can be said to reduce pain level, kinesophobia and depression, and improve sleep quality in the early period. There is need for more controlled studies to determine how long this effect continues and treatment satisfaction according to the diagnosis.
