Determiation of yield and some quality characteristics of wine cultivars in Kirsehir conditions

This research was carried out in Toklumen District of Kirsehir Province between 2017 and 2018. Vineyards were established between 2006 and 2011. Phenological periods (bud break, flowering, verasion, harvesting and leaf fall) are recorded. EST values of varieties were calculated according to rootstocks. Annual heat summation values of the cultivars were calculated. Cluster samples from the varieties (Kalecik Karası, Narince, Öküzgözü and Boğazkere) were taken and physical and chemical analyzes were performed.In 2017, the time between bud break and flowering was greater (47-75 days). In 2018, the period between fruie set and verasion was prolonged (56-61 days). The properties examined were changed according to rootstock x variety combination. Phenolic compound, flavonoid and anthocyanin values found in grape berries were influnced by varieties rootstock and years.
