Abstract (EN)

'Cruise Tourism' is a type of tourism that develops rapidly throughout the world. It provides a vital source of income for the cities and countries that are visited, and it mostly addresses the middle and upper income classes. Cruise ship vacations start from particular ports and continue in between varying numbers of ports. These vacations are during a specific period of time in which transportation, accommodations, food and beverage, entertainment and more touristical products are often all-inclusive In Turkey, the most visited ports by cruise ships are Kuşadası and Istanbul. Because of this reason, Istanbul has been chosen as a reserach area. In the first part of the study, detailed information about Cruise Tourism is given. In the second part, Cruise Tourism in Turkey is explained and discussed. The third part explains the dimensions of experiences, satisfaction and behavioral intentions. The final part includes the research method, the statistical analysis findings, conclusions and recommendations.
