Abstract (TR)
Bu tezde Eisenstein cismi üstünde asal argümanlarda tanımlı üçüncü derece ilkel Dirichlet karakterlerine karşılık gelen Hecke L-fonksiyonlarının s = 1/2 noktasına yakın sıfırlarının dağılımı üstünde çalışılmıştır. Genel Riemann Hipotezi varsayımı altında bu L-fonksiyonlarının Katz-Sarnak sanısını desteklediği gösterilmiştir.
