Abstract (EN)
In this study, the melting furnace types which instigated with the electrrical energy and theirfunction principles have been investigated. In frame of this work a small laboratory type electricak arcfurnace to melt of metal allys hass been designed and produced. In this electrical arc furnace analuminium alloy has been melted and the metallurgical fuctional of this furnace have beenexperimental tested.Keywords: Steel production, steel casting, Electiric arc furnace.
