Problems in the production and consumption of fossil fuels renewable energy sources as the low quality evaluation of regional researchers. Regional renewable energy resources are constantly producing energy without depending on a single energy source, depending on the needs of multiple energy source to be used in conjunction to provide hybrid systems come to the fore. Hybrid systems can be evaluated with the first creation of the suitability of the region's energy production. This thesis study can be used in hybrid power plant produced small-sized energy-efficient and hybrid energy plant concentrates on the needs of energy fed in order continuity. This is intended to meet the need for controlling the hybrid power plant. Control system for hybrid power plant order in order to detect the generated by the current, voltage, frequency, and battery voltage values are measured. Set the value of the battery voltage is controlled by the control system, the battery voltage will be between the boundary values of the loads are powered by hybrid energy plant resources in priority order. The control system is controlled by the the battery voltage is below the value of the specified voltage limit values if I need a third energy source for feeding of cargo. Commissioning of control system with efficient use of the energy produced in hybrid power plant. As specified in the first and second priority loads provided and, if necessary, feeding primarily on hybrid energy plant has been commissioned the third source of energy. In General, the examined approximately %80 percent of the hybrid energy load first priority plant the second priority load is approximately % 35 are powered by hybrid energy plant.The total electricity consumption is consumed by both load with % 66 of hybrid energy plant are met. In this study a year with wind and solar energy production for the period of wild small scale hybrid power plant. The Sun is time efficient in summer, the wind is observed in the winter months it is time efficient. In this case, the use of non-sustainable energy sources alone, instead of a combination of complementary energy sources used in hybrid power plants is more appropriate.
