Competition conditions caused by globalization have affected SMEs in our country as well and ability to adjust rapidly and efficiently for economical conditions which vary from day to day becomes a major rule to survive.Under the said circumstance, the importance of Consultancy and Training Services for SMEs has also increased because of the need of SMEs for proffesional coaches.In this context, it should be implied that there is an upgrading trend for the markets of Consultancy and Training Services which is developing in Turkey and tenancy of them by SMEs each and every day. Nevertheless this trend is still insufficient.SMEs as an ingredient of our country?s economy and Consultancy and Training suppliers which serve for SMEs are selected as the main subjects of this research aiming to make a contribution to the economic development of our country.
