Abstract (EN)
With today's technological developments the qualities work concepts and work spaces have changed. This thesis examines the changes that work concepts has undergone since the industrial revolution that led to situation and flexible working styles and shared offices. Shared offices, which are developed and shaped by users benefits and the era, were examined and supported with findings related to employees needs. Lighting, air conditioning, acoustics, ergonomics, etc. are some of the factors that create spatial interaction and increased productivity. Furthermore, by considering the space-user interaction, research was conducted on the users work efficiency. A questionnaire made up of 16 questions was applied to 56 shared office users. These questions enquired about what users pay attention to in their work environment and what factors affect their efficiency.
