Clock pictures that carry the characteristics and culture that are analysed using the highpress technique

For hundereds of years all communities that have lived have had their own cultural savings. These communities, using picture techniques has used it as a esthetic image. the goal of this study is to use the clock image and make designes carrying the characteristics of culture. first of all, all books, magazines, publications, articles, thesises, encyclopedias, artistic publicationsmand pictures in catalogs were, with literal meanings studied and examined. Also, using pictures from the data high press picture technique was used and later on it moved towards analysing them from a plastic perspective. The study consists of three sections. In the first section of the study, the identfication of cultural value, mobile and immobile cultural value also gathering theoretical data organizing them according to their areas. In the second section of the study, Picture Art History, Western Picture Art History and Turkish Picture Art History is devided into two sections. Later pre Renaissance, post Renaissance, 20th century, pre republic Turkish picture art and post republic Turkish picture art was examined using cultural values theory. In the last section, a series implimentation was made and analysed according to high presspicture technique.
