Proposal to create a cultural route within the scope of protection of cultural heritage; Mimar Sinan awareness route from Eyüpsultan to Süleymaniye

The concept of Cultural Route has been of great importance in terms of the protection, promotion and development of cultural tourism, both in the world and in our country, both in the world and in our country, since the concept of the Cultural Route was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1993.Mimar Sinan is an extremely important personality who left a strong mark on Ottoman Architecture and most of his works still exist today and even inspired the generations that came after him. He is one of the greatest masters of the World Architecture History with over 400 works that he put into his long life. He built his most important works in Istanbul in the Historical Peninsula, Beyoğlu, Üsküdar and Eyüpsultan. Unfortunately, there are many works of Mimar Sinan, who left behind so many original and magnificent works, which are not known enough and even whose existence isn't known.The aim of the study is to experience the works of the master genius Mimar Sinan, which is within the scope of the project, with the planned main route, by including the lesser-known works of Sinan on the route, besides his more well-known works, to highlight them, to examine their structural features, and thus to contribute to the development of provincial and district cultural tourism, both to better understand Mimar Sinan and to to observe the reflections of his sharp intelligence in his works and to offer the visitors the perfect experience that his buildings make.
