Abstract (EN)
Intercultural competence development is essential and inevitable in business making in today's globalized world. Cultural exchanges, interactions and social engagements are rising day by day through easiness of communication, advancement in technologies and increase of transportation and the means of travel. These are the times in which cultures are influencing and being influenced by other world-views and expressive forms more than ever. Development of intercultural competences eases the process of becoming more culturally sensitive especially when it comes to deal with people of all cultures. Developed intercultural sensitivity is highly essential in today's globalized world at all sectors such as education, health, tourism, service and many other production and communication fields. Together with all other sectors, food and beverages sector requires personnel with further developed intercultural communication skills.
