Abstract (EN)
In this study, class of coumarin compounds were synthesized using Knoevenagel and Pechmannn methods. Synthesized compounds were reacted with methacryloyl chloride or sodium methacrylate in order to form novel monomers under suitable conditions and homopolymers of these monomers were synthesized. Synthesized compounds were characterized using FT-IR, NMR and TGA techniques.
