Abstract (EN)
Under the influences of multivariate factors, population and economic activities have concentrated and clustered within a few certain cities and urban regions of nations. The fact that as one of the vital factors that cause firms to cluster within a geographic region is that they tend to benefit from positive external economies has a widespread common acceptance by many economists at the present time. The role of clusters as policy tools are addressed in lights of clustering policies taking place in World and Turkey. Cluster theory which includes all actors in market, purpose all actors in strategic road maps abtain aconomical and social utilies. This study focuses to industrial clustering processes and industrial clusters themselves which expresses new geographies and locations of economic activities. This is based on mainly the works of Michael E. Porter. In this study, there are sector search for brickyards and tile factories in Salihli. Key Words: Aggregate, competition, brick, tile, cluster
