Özet (EN)

Kumluca and Finike plains of Antalya, which have intense immigration, are among the important agriculture and tourism centers. Agricultural and tourism activities negatively affect sometimes natural, cultural and historical values, especially like groundwater. Therefore, in this study, the hydrogeological and hydrogeochemical properties of the groundwater of the plains were tried to be determined. In the last week of July 2019, samples were collected from 34 boreholes and wells, hydrogeochemical properties of the water were measured with ICP-OES and X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF) device and than evaluated with AquaChem 2014.2 software program. During the study, remarkable anomaly values were obtained from wells 11, 21 and 28. The reason of the anomalies could be come from a) geological units of different origin and / or b) metal enterprises of the mines in the region and / or c) fertilization activities However; further spread of settlements in the plains should be prevented and sustainable agricultural policies should be developed that do not disturb the natural balance of the groundwater in the study area, which is a coastal aquifer where intensive agricultural activities are carried out. The phrase of "precaution is much more professional and engineering approach than reclamation" should not be forgotten.
