In The Holy Quran negative human models and behavioral characteristics mentioned in the period of Moses

The Holy Quran is a divine message revealed gradually over twenty-three years, conveyed to humanity through messengers chosen by God. Since different approaches to revelation have emerged throughout history, it has become necessary to explain certain verses within specific criteria to ensure their correct understanding. Examining human history reveals that behavioral patterns of different human types have been repeated in similar forms across different periods. In this context, the Quran mentions Pharaoh, Haman, Qarun, and Samiri, who stood out for their negative attitudes and behaviors during the time of Prophet Moses; These figures are considered representative types of the negative tendencies that humans can exhibit. The aim of this study is to examine the figures who stood out for their negative attitudes and behaviors during the time of Prophet Moses and to evaluate the historical continuity of these behavioral types and their reflections in different periods. The first part of this two-part study addresses the historical background in which these individuals emerged. The second section analyzes the behavioral characteristics of Pharaoh, Haman, Qarun, and Samiri, and evaluates the contemporary equivalents and societal implications of these attitudes.
