Saj' art in the Qur'an al-Kareem

Seci style, which is mentioned among the main subjects of Bedii Science, which is one of the three sciences of Arabic eloquence and found a place under the title of Muhassinat-I Lafziyye in almost all eloquence books, is also an important issue in the eloquence of the Qur'an besides in Arabic eloquence. The most common definition of seci is that in the prose, the sentence ends conclude with the same meter or rhyme, or a harmony in terms of both. This art among to the arts of literary interest (muhassinat-I lafziyye) which is part of the bedii science which is one of the eloquence science, and there are some controversies about it. In the period of ignorance often used by the soothsayers and the Messenger of Allah in an event using the phrase of "that the style of ignorance?", causing rise to a dispute about whether it is appropriate to call the name of the harmonized seci in the end of the verse in the Qur'an and has been the subject of scientific research. After the examining the effect of seci on prose, the opinions of the scholars who considered it appropriates to use the phrase 'fasila' instead of seci in the end of the verse of Qur'an, due to rational(itikadi) concerns were also included. Although seci is described as rhyme in prose, the fact that great eloquence scholars have brought examples from poems becomes a problem of seci. In order to overcome this complexity, the concepts of seci, rhyme and chapter (fasila) were compared in the subheading.
