Abstract (EN)

Every surah and every ayah of the Qur'an is a mind construction. Undoubtedly, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has made Allah's desire visible for its addressees during this construction process. When addressed from this perspective, the term "sekina" is mentioned in six ayahs of the Qur'an only during in the Madinah period. However, s-k-n (س ك ن) and its derivatives, which are expressed in different meanings and forms, have a wide area of usage. In this manner, the term "sekina", which is the topic of this thesis, is either sometimes used for refered Allah and His Prophet, and sometimes for or Mumins and the prophets between them. Especially 'sekina's progress during the revelation has been chronologically followed, the semantic changes about this term went through have been presented. As a result of this study, it was found that this term is used as a characteristic of those who take a balanced life and an unwavering faith as a principle in their personal and social life. Likewise, when used related to for associated with times when dilemma, hardship, and exorbitant despair, were exorbitant sekina means the actions of Mumins, who had have morals with Qur'anic principles, as the result of their efforts and attitudes by penetrating into the reality of the environment. According to our thesis, where mumin individual's every loss of his/her stance, position or target, sekina appears to be a state of pose which he/she constantly renews his/her tranquility, courage, struggle or a balancing dinamic-active mean course.
