Approach of Kuran Yolu Türkçe Meal ve Tefsir to today's commentary problems

Today's commentary problems due to interpreters' disability to agree on a common interpretation because of their different interpretations of Quran verses. These interpretation differences are usually about scientific interpretation, Fiqh issues, religion and state relations and Quran parables along with including of another issues. Because of being a current interpretation of the work named "Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meal ve Tefsir" which printed by Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey in 2005, the approach of this interpretation to mentioned issues have been studied to detect in this work. During the work, firstly, the historical processes of formed chapters have briefly discussed in beginnings of each chapter, explanations about issues that determined have been achieved, these achieved explanations have been examined by topic, commentaries which suitable by topics have been summarized and topics have been concluded by also comparing with other sources. Kur'an Yolu tafsir, has benefited from scientific interpretation in some verses' interpretation. It has accepted change of judgement partly. On polygamy, it's stated that Islam hasn't introduced the polygamy, it organised it. It's pointed out that because of being reminder one of two women, witness number is one on two women's testimony. It's stated that men aren't superior than women, they different by creation and it's explained inheritance of women traditional. It's explained that punishment for adultery of married people is same for single people. It's seen stoning to death punishment as a tazir crime. It's explained interest as an excess and it's stated that it's forbidden. It's accepted the necessity of talion and stated changeability of hand cut punishment. Tafsir has seen that Muslim women's cloth of their heads and necks to strangers is one of Islam's orders, stated that outerwear is a temporary measure and explained the alleviation of covering for old women as removal of obligation of covering head and neck. It's stated that alcohol and gamble is haram. Tafsir hasn't had any clear explanation about religion and state relations however an Islamic state structure is able to be reached by their inferences on some verses' commentaries. Tafsir has made explanations that suitable for reality of Quran parables, stated that the aims of parables are learning lessons from them and it's quoted from The Bible in some parts of parable commentaries. In this work, occasionally breaking with tradition and being partially influenced of Kuran Yolu tafsir on mentioned topics by modern commentaries is the result.
