Özet (EN)

This doctoral dissertation analyses causalities of today's accrescent global injustice. As justice has been an in demand concept throughout political history, it stands out as a more sought-after concept in times when injustice increased radically. For this reason, although our search for justice goes back as long as political history, the unique characteristics of each period's search for justice; requires the concept to be rethought and evaluated with a cumulative theoretical approach at all times. Because political history shows that justice, rather than a concept that needs to be resolved or defined in an absolute way, expresses a cumulative and dynamic process with a theoretical approach that can define the injustices experienced of all times and that can be continuously developed based on the analysis of norms and principles related to justice from political history. In line with this need, this doctoral dissertation has developed a theoretical approach by defining some global injustices experienced today and analyzing the norms and principles of justice with examples from political history with a long experience of injustice, specifically the social contract theory. This theoretical approach is based on how the norms and principles reached by analyzing the injustice experiences that can be associated with today's injustices in political history can be positioned in the cumulative and dynamic process of ensuring justice, rather than absolute definitions of justice. Accordingly, a holistic theoretical approach has been developed by associating some of the injustice problems experienced today with the injustice experiences in political history and explaining the causality relationship between the norms / principles regarding justice reached at the end of each chapter. As a result, the United Nations (UN), which is expected to provide global peace and justice today, is analyzed with this theoretical model; the reasons for the injustices that continue to increase today and the justice that cannot be provided globally are explained.
