Abstract (EN)

Today, globalization is known as a rapidly developing and rapidly spreading process. In addition to creating different effects according to the level of development of countries, globalization has many positive or negative results on the world. In this study, economic and social problems such as income distribution injustice, poverty and destruction of the environment, which are among the negative consequences of globalization, are discussed. One of the most important reasons for increasing these problems day by day is; It is known that neoliberal policies are applied in many countries of the world without any alternative. As a result of the neo-liberal policies implemented, it is seen that the wealth that the rich gets richer and the poverty increases its dimensions. It is clear that neo-liberal policy practices cannot raise the level of prosperity and happiness in the world at large. Therefore, in this study, instead of the current neo-liberal policies applied, it has contributed to the increase of its effectiveness in every field from the establishment of the Ottoman Empire as military, social and economic in Anatolia in the 13th and 18th centuries, it will be emphasized that new economic policies can be put forward by benefiting from the principles of Akhism.
