Investigation of the effect of global warming on natural disasters in artvin

With the Industrial Revolution, there is a clear tendency to increase in average surface temperatures due to the fact that other greenhouse gases, especially CO2, which accumulate in the atmosphere, keep long-wave rays from the ground. Indeed, there has been an increase of 0.8 0C in the global temperature in the last century.Every change in the world is an end in itself. This increase in temperature has negative effects on the earth. It causes the changing nature of the natural balance, the triggering of many landslides such as landslides, floods and hurricanes on the earth. In short, human and nature life is affected in the negative direction. This increase in temperature varies regionally across the world. According to these differences, the size and number of disasters in different regions is affected differently. In this study, the effect of global warming on disasters in Artvin Province was investigated. First of all, the importance of temperature was determined among the factors affecting evaporation, then the global warming factor was examined. The effect of temperature increase on evaporation and hence the effect of rainfall on disasters has been investigated. At the same time, the climate characteristics of Artvin and the changes in climate are also mentioned. Artvin province was firstly evaluated on the basis of districts. Then, the landslides, floods, rock falls and avalanche disasters ratios were examined by taking the general and spiritual damages of these disasters. As a result, the presence of global warming has been identified and it has been determined through graphs that it increases the frequency of disasters and the frequency of disaster damage.
