Özet (EN)

"Development Economy" which develops in global system aims creating a society which consists of healty individuals by rising living conditions of society to its highest point. Unless right developing stratagies are implemented along with globalization process, the development level of countries shows no progress. The purpose of this study is researching the relationship of globalization and development in developing countries with the help of dimensions of globalization macroeconomic variables. With this purpose by using 1990-2017 annual dates in particular of Turkey the technique of "Vector Autoregressive Model" (VAR) and in developing economies with "Dynamic Panel Data Analysis, Generalized Method Of Moments" (GMM) have been done. In line with all empirical finds the wiev aduacated in conceptual and theoric parts of thesis is being supported. Economic growth along with being a requirement of development is not enough in development criterion of globalizations providing competitive superiority in global area can come true with the level of development. Therefore in the decisions politic maters will give firstly improving investments that will be made to human capital and regulations that can be improved in economic, social and political globalization which are found sensible can be offered as political advice to these countries.
