Abstract (EN)

11 ABSTRACT Globalization, one of those well known formation of our century, together with improvements of technology in the communication network had become as effective as abolishing the borders among countries. Therefore the subject of this thesis will be how the globalization that introduced by either multinational companies or agreements on trade or money and foundations and the fact of globalization itself affects the macroeconomic management instruments such as monetary and fiscal policies in Turkey. By examming dimensions, meaning of globalization, economic elements that provide environments for globalization, we are going to determine how the developing countries like Turkey have been affected from globalization and what kind of effects of it on Turkey's monetary and fiscal policies had been so far. In addition to these, we are going to search the possible impacts of these all in future and possible measures to prevent unwanted economic crises. Nowadays social, politic, cultural developments are considered as a result of globalization. Economics is among those. Therefore globalization brings positive developments beside problems. In order to understand problems rooted by globalization, the most important think need to be analyzed is globalization itself. Again what it brings and takes out from our country is important in terms of macroeconomic policies.
