Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACTGlobalization process, appeared after the spread of capitalist relationsto world scale, bring the economic priorities of market relations to agenda.Market system mentality, which economic area controls the social area, wasreflected to social politics area in the process of globalization. In neo-liberalpolitics social usage was seen as a load, so social politics was neglected.Change in mentality, mainly produce social politics, made ineffectivestate nations and unions. As a target mass, mostly working class wasnarrowed down. In Turkey, this process became concreate especially on 24January 1980 Judgements and with the entrance process of (AB) EuropeanUnion.In today?s globalization process that has condense market relation,there is much need to social politics which can find application area with therole of providing social peace in the first step of Capitalism. Limitlessproblems, because of the globaliz migration, increase the need of socialpolitics so as to continue globalization process.
