The Nation state in the light of globalization and localization

The efforts of the Europeans in order to reach the wealth of the East is resulted in the discovery of a new continent. After the discovery of America, thanks to the gold and silver mines that transferred to Europe and the new food products increased the wealth in Europe and at the same time enabled the establishment of a new class. In the early times, this new class that trades the products which gained from the new continent, in the course of time applied the new inventions to the production. After a while, trade bourgeoisie evolved into industry bourgeoisie and increased its influence. Bourgeoisie that captures the economic power, solved the issue of payment of different tariffs to every feudal unit in the course of the sale of products by supporting the monarchs. Bourgeoisie that was influential in the establishment of the absolute monarchies by its support to the monarchs, reached a more homogenous market. After a while, this class rose to the power. Bourgeoisie that took the power and ascertained common trade rules after the French revolution was the first actor within the borders of the common law in considering the formulation of state and nation state. The nation state model that spread into the Europe after the French revolution became the widespread state model in the Third World after 1950. The nation state that increased its power in West after the Second World War as welfare state and national progress strategies of Third World were interrogated related to the crisis of Fordism in the West in 1970s. Globalisation process that progressed related to liberalisation, privatisation and deregulation is primarily economical and aimed at solution of the crisis of Fordism in 1970s. Since, the issue is the interrogation of the national progress model of Third World rather than the interrogation of nation state. In this connection, the state model that is interrogated by globalisation that is carried out with localisation is generally not the nation state, the progressive nation state model of the Third World.
