Dr. Tayyip DUMAN June-2009, 126 pagesProcess of globalization in economic, social and cultural relations when all that has transformed this process of transformation from industrial society to information society is the so-called transition. Neo-liberal policies in the field of education in the process of getting widespread localization, customization, training and exchange programs, including multiculturalism and the new employment policy is experiencing a series of transformations.Globalization, the world's social, cultural and economic structure has undergone a rapid change. capitalism is experiencing a structural crisis of the 1970s as a result of the emerging crisis to get rid of the drug as effectively presented in the neo-liberal globalization policies have left. The main goal of this policy in the 1980s, especially after the state has been reducing its share in the economy.
