The effects of globalization on developing countries and national strategy of Turkey

Globalization is a fact that has been thought as new but not a new fact. It is a changing form that starts in the first period of 20th century but have break in the Second World War and Cold War.It?s the reason of abnormal development in ecomonic, politics,cultural,environmental and technological field. It is the name of a system that powerful becomes more powerful, wealthy more wealtier and poor more poor. Globalization is defined as a new world system that sentences aproximately 1.3 billlion people to live with one dollar a day.It?s a new world system to some people, new world disorder to others. There is no definition of globalization that everybody agrees with it. In my opinion, this is a best defination describes the globalization : `Globalization is the removal of political and economic borders by the result of major developments in technology and communication and increasing economic,politic,social and cultural relation and effects between countries and nations by the help of spreading all the values out of the national borders. Economic systems and politics which are in progress in the world come closer day by day. Shortly, liberalism becomes more important, trans national corporations(TNC) and international organization becomes more effective upon nations by being popular of global economy. Globalization has brought more different political procedures contrary to the cold war period that had lived two polared world political system. To leave all to liberal economy, being dominant in the society of the ones who are dominants in markets, the ones who have economic and mediatic power being arbiter in the world governance created really strange conditions in the world. Statistics with the globalization point out how environmental pollution increases, and how environment and nature is being destroyed. Globalization of culture is not limited only with music, film and entertainment . People? understanding of consume has dramatically changed. Societies become more consumer than their productivty. Developed countries have used the technological improvements to control the less developed and the developing countries as an important element and still continue to use. The power will belongs to the ones who use the knowledge and technology anymore in the 21st century. Turkey couldn?t have passed beyond vicious circle of financial indiscipline, macroeconomic inequality,high inflation, often devulation, reel income recession,unjust income share as a result of this advancement and became more poor with IMF strategy and couldnt pass the exam in the globalization league.
