Unemployment in the globalized world; an analysis of unemployment in Turkey

The transformation of the labor process and the organization of production inthe globalized world, and practices by Neo-liberal political economy basing on thistransformation, towards legitimizing the new structure, carried some developmentslike fragmentation of labor, qualitative shift in labor force, decreasing in laborincome, increasing in working periods, deterioration in working conditions, and theappearance of new forms of employment. One of the significant consequences ofthese developments and practices is an increase in unemployment rates and thestructuralization of the phenomenon of unemployment through a transformation ofits content.
