Abstract (EN)
The communities established with the ideals of collective life and advocating for the do-it-yourself culture have formed their republics over time. These Communities; It was founded in Copenhagen in the late 60s, in Lithuania in the 1990s, and in Slovenia in the 1970s. Over time, these utopian republics have become distant from their aims and become tourism centers. In addition, there are places specially designed for the purpose of tourism center. As an example of these tourism places, themed hotels, Topkapi Palace Hotel, Kremlin Place Hotel and finally Mardan Palace Hotel were examined. This study was conducted in order to analyze the spatial relations of the places established with different life ideals and turned into tourism places and the places constructed with the purpose of tourism. Document analysis was used for qualitative research methods. For this study, firstly, the Utopian republics were investigated. Cultural, sociological and spatial analysis of the process of becoming a tourism center from the purpose of establishment of the Utopian republics was discussed. In the next step, the fictionalized tourism spaces and their spatial elements were analyzed with literature review. This study has revealed the common points of the places established with the desire to create a happy and ideal society and the places which are the problem of creating happy people for a short time in tourism. The analysis of the spaces obtained as a result of the study determined the expectations of people from tourism as a space and the spatial elements at this point.
