Abstract (EN)
Search and Rescue (SAR) vessels are designed to perform search and rescue missions under heavy sea conditions and provide life and property safety. According to their specific mission, SAR ships contain Electromagnetic Emitting instruments like HF-VHF Radios, Navigational Radars, Satellite Communication Units,Radio Direction Finders and IFF. As to efficiently operate those instruments, they should be placed according to national and internation EMC standards (NATO MIL STD-464A, IEEE C.95) at the board of the vessel without creating any EMI between each other and surrounding systems. In this thesis, EMI mapping of HF-VHF Radios, Navigational Radars and Satellite Communication Units over a reference CAD model is created and coupling occured between antennas is calculated. In the conclusion optimum antenna mapping is created and criterias that obtain personnel, fuel and ordnance safety is identified.
