The aim of this study is to take part in every stage of the Kurdish movements that developed in the liberal environment that emerged in the Second Constitutional Period. What Do Kurds Want From Turks? It has been put forward within the framework of the booklet named."What Do Kurds Want From Turks?" Written by Mehmet Şükrü SEKBAN, this letter was written to Feyzi PİRİNÇÇİOĞLU, who was from Diyarbakır for 4 terms and worked as the Minister of Public Works for 3 terms. The letter written in 1923 is actually a booklet.Our study consists of three parts. In the introduction, brief information is given about the concept of nationalism and the historical development of Kurdism that has emerged in this context. II. In addition to the data obtained in these archives, other copyrights / research works related to our subject were examined. The findings were evaluated and the analysis result was included in our study.
