Establishment and first years Nazilli Sümerbank Print Factory

Nazilli Sumerbank Print Factory is the first print factory of the Republic of Turkey. The factory was opened by the greatest leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and has filled the big gap in the textile industry of the country with producing great products. It has also helped Nazilli and the surrounding towns prosper. The factory modernized the city; and from the street of where the factory was established, lots of buildings and cultural events then followed and were named after the factory.Nazilli would be introduced with the benefits of the republic system with Nazilli Sumerbank Print Factory truly made the city what it is today.
