Analysis of organisational culture: Akdeniz University Antalya State conservatory case

The aim of this study is to analyse the organisational culture of Akdeniz University Antalya State Conservatory. The scope of this study includes instructors working in Akdeniz University Antalya State Conservatory. The present study is a qualitative study in holistic single case design, which adopted an ethnography research design. The study group consists of 9 instructors. The data in this study were analysed by using document analysis, metaphor analysis and analysis of observation forms. In the analysis procedures, the data were coded and the relationships between these codes were determined. The most important result obtained from the present study is that the instructors are generally satisfied with the organisational culture of their school. The present study is considered significant as it is expected to contribute to the area because of a lack of studies conducted on the conservatory culture and to determine how the instructors have been affected by the culture in the conservatory in Turkey.
