Organizational culturel analyze: A research directored towards a primary school and secondary school dependend Ministry of Education

Education is regarded as an important phenemena in the life of all human beings. It is very difficult for people to obtain professions and to get prepared for life without education. Keep in mind that, like all organizations schools in which training activities are conducted have their own unique culture.The aim of this study was to analyze the corporate culture of a primary and secondary school attached to the Ministry of national education. This research included the principals and teachers on duty and principals and teachers who were on duty in Hacı Hafize Saygan 2 primary and secondary school in the directorate of Muratpaşa which is a county of Antalya province.The research is a qualitative study in progress in the pattern of culture analysis (ethnography, ethnography). 3 principals and 10 teachers on duty and 2 principals and 2 teachers who were on duty in the school were included in the working group of the research. This is a qualitative study in the pattern of single holistic case. In this study, the data were analyzed using content analysis of individual and focus group interviews, analysis of metaphor and the forms of observation. The data were encoded in the analysis and the relationships between these codes were identified. The data analysis programme, NVivo 10.0, was used to organize themes. The most important result obtained from research was that the administrators and teachers were happy from the cultural content in general.This research has a great importance to see how the teachers and the principals are affected by the culture settled in schools.Key words: Culture, Organizational Culture
