Corporate culture is a tool to shape an organization and contributes to integrating and adapting its personnel around a common culture by shaping the behavior of the personnel of corporate. Corporate culture plays an active role in achieving organizational goals. The adoption of the institution by the personnel of the institution; makes them feel committed to the goals, policies, and identity of the organization. This is also related to the importance and satisfaction of the personnel in the institution. However, in an environment that cannot or does not satisfy its personnel adequately and the personnel are not cared for, the possibility of burnout perception is high. Work stress and increasing problems in the institution leave significant effects on the personnel. Burnout mostly occurs as a result of work stress. Burnout is a process in which the problems caused by the employees themselves, their environment, or the organization in the workplace, accumulate and occur in the person. Burnout is felt more in sectors where interaction with people is high. While burnout primarily affects the employees of the institution, it can cause important problems in terms of the institution, with the increase in its incidence among the personnel. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and burnout. By applying quantitative research methods, the organizational culture and burnout perceptions of the accounting employees were examined. The Maslach Burnout Scale was used for the burnout scale, and the scales developed by Cho and Hee-Jae were used for the corporate culture scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS IBM 26 statistical program. It has been tried to determine whether there is a relationship between the dimensions of the corporate culture and the level of burnout and whether the perception levels of the employees of the institution differ according to the determined variables (gender, age, experience, education). The data were subjected to t-test and one-way analysis of variance, factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Significant relationships were found between organizational culture sub-dimensions and burnout sub-dimensions.
