Abstract (EN)

Everything is changing so rapidly in today's world. This change represent itself in every area from technology to social life. Particularly, the fact that globalization takes place rapidly reveals that new perspectives are need in management sector.In these destructive competitive conditions, corporations have developed new management concepts in order to abla to sustain their asest. This is why the management of corporations, has created to philosophy of "people first" in this new area. Employees who are highly committed to their organizations contribute positively to the functioning of the organization. One of the most important factors to create this commitment is the adoption of organizational culture by employees. In the first part of this work, a survey of the literature was carried out which included in depth analysis of the concepts of corporate culture and organizational commitment. In the implementation of the study, a survey study was conducted with 56 participants working in a private school in Eskişehir in order to evaluate the role of the adoption of institutional culture on organizational commitment.According to the results of the research; the level of organizational commitment will increase as the level of corporate culture adoption increases.In addition to this, it has been concluded that the level of institutional culture adoption is high and organizational commitment levels are moderate.
