Continius improvement model from providing corporational efficency view and Kütahya MESEM application suggestion

VI ABSTRACT In rapidly changed world; associations and foundations try to be adopted these changes while they seek new ways that can increase associatioal effectiveness. To do this there- are a lot.of->-man^«meafc.-ap^©aehe&^aî^'->îeoj»quss>«-E^eeiaIîy participate origined approaches are applied in many areas to provide associational efficiency. One of them is continious improvement. Continious improvement (Kazien), which has a wide application areas in managerial approaches such as Total Quality Management (TQM) always seeks for new ideas, new tecniques and effective human resources that can carry the foundations one step forward. Continious improvement has a lot of advantages for associations and foundations. It also has an effect on domestic and foreign customer predictions. With continious improvement, foundations reach better standarts. From this point, continious improvement events are one of the most effective" management approaches. This framework explains different improvement tecniques and models. Improvement areas in Kütahya MESEM are searched by questionnaires with students and personel in 2 terms and also gathered informations by face-to-fac meetings. This framework tries to create a specific modal that can increase Kütahya MESEM' s foundational effectiveness and also aims finding out evidences about technological, participational interest, human resources, physical locational qualifications. Finally make some suggestions according to Kütahya MESEM' s specific model.
